NATIONAL ADOPTION DAY CELEBRATION NOVEMBER 17

Families for Adoption is hosting a National Adoption Day Celebration and Christmas to Go Sorting: Saturday, November 17th at 7:30 p.m. in the Connection Cafe at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church RSVP to familiesforadoption@kc.rr.com **PLEASE BRING AN APPETIZER OR DESSERT TO SHARE We will be hosting a Special National Adoption Day Celebration, plus collecting

items for children in Missouri's childrens Homes throughout the state. If you would like to help a precious orphan,

please come and bring something from the list below.

• Handheld Video Games, Crafting/Art or Scrapbooking Supplies, Christian CDs,

Car Model Sets, Cameras (Digital)

• Dolls (ethnic and African American would be helpful), DVDs (G/ PG-rated),

Jewelry, Watches, Bath and Body Products or Nail Polish

• Robes, Slippers or PJs (Adult Small-XLarge)

****All items should be new and not gift-wrapped so the children’s homes may sort them for their children.

***PLEASE MARK “CHILDREN’S HOMES” ON ITEMS & BRING TO THE MTG. OR PLACE IN THE BINS AT THE CHURCH ENTRANCES AT PLEASANT VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH FOR CHRISTMAS TO GO
