Event Details:

Reception for adoptive families and guests with refreshments, picture taking, mayor reading Adoption Day proclamation, adoptive parents will speak. At 2:00 PM - walk to the courthouse for adoptions with more picture taking, teddy bear adoptions and goodie bags for families.
