The Baltimore County Bar Association, Baltimore County Circuit Court and the Baltimore County Department of Social Services will be celebrating National Adoption Day on Saturday, November 17, 2012. Ceremonial Courtroom No. 5, located in the Old Courthouse at 400 Washington Avenue in Towson, Maryland, will again be converted into a lively event center, bursting with activity and many excited children awaiting their adoption finalizations. All are welcome to come and enjoy the celebration.
