Event Details:

4th Judicial Circuit-Family Division will finalize adoptions followed by a reception for family and friends.

Justice Steven Markman will be in attendance along with volunteers "Cookie the Clown" & "Lu-C-Lu" for lots of fun! Dr. David Woltmann photographer and the Balloony Bin donating table top centerpieces as well as cupcakes from Crazebake - Crazebake.com.
