Event Details:

The Trumbull County Probate Court and the Trumbull County Children Services partner together to celebrate National Adoption Month on what is proclaimed Adoption Day in Trumbull County on Thursday November 15th, 2012. Adoptions will be finalized and celebrated as the community will be invited to celebrate with all of us. A proclamation will be read by the commissioners breakfast will be available to all who attend and a balloon launch will follow the celebration, with each balloon representing a child still in need of an adoptive family in the State.
