The Childrens Bureau along with DCS, Dept of Children's Services are planning a NAD National Adoption Celebration Day with Judge Brett Niemeier in Civic Center Complex. November 15, from 9 until noon. Judge Niemeier will hold several different types of adoption that day. We have several vendors and also donations from various businesses in the area. We would appreciate a banner, balloons and anything you can donate for our celebration. Thank you. Karen Seltzer, Adoption Champion.
