Event Details:

The Idaho Supreme Court and courthouses across the state will take on a different look November 16th when it celebrates National Adoption Day. Balloons, books, and flowers will decorate courtrooms as adoptions take place throughout the morning and afternoon.

Each participating family will have an individual hearing to finalize the adoption in the Idaho Supreme Court courtroom or Ada County Courthouse. The lunch hour, 12:00pm to 1:00pm, will be an open house event at the Capitol Building Rotunda with a proclamation reading by Justice Jim Jones and encouraging words from local people who support adoption efforts.
