This year November 12, 2025 has been designated ‘Adoption Day’ and the Tippecanoe County Department of Child Services (DCS), Tippecanoe Circuit Court, Tippecanoe Superior Court 3, and Tippecanoe County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) office are collaborating to celebrate the adoption of several foster children. Tippecanoe Superior Court 3 Judge Faith A. Graham will preside over an estimated 5 foster care adoptions. Adoption ceremonies will begin at 9:15AM on the fourth floor of the Tippecanoe County Courthouse.
