Each year, Harris County Adoption Day brings families, children, and the legal community together to celebrate the life-changing moment when adoptions are finalized. This year the event will be held on Friday, November 13, 2026, at the Harris County Juvenile Courthouse in downtown Houston.
This joyful tradition celebrates the formation of new families and recognizes the dedication of CPS staff, local CPAs, and adoption attorneys who help make the day possible. This year’s Superheroes theme brings a spirit of adventure to a day filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories.
